warm up outdoor. Just -2 degrees today, felt like summer! Skip the warm down, was too tired, just walk to my bag to get a shirt and then back to the tracks, it means 1 minutes walk down :p well down!
intervaller intervals (400m / 200m) 38:00 [5]

intervals indoor at the track, stadium arena. 9* 200 (70s start interval) + 400m (2.20 start interval) with a set rest after 5 intervals. was deadly tired in my legs, specially my calfs. Not many at all there today, just me and some boys. indeed it's good when it's not so many... :)

I, Tynne, henrik, erik and anders did some core ("plankan") after the intervals. It felt good the first exercises, then Henrik started to chatter, anders admit we did every exercises in 40s (instead of 35s). Henrik fall down and started laughing with the fact we did the core in the danish way, 40s was too much. he died, I get tired. It all freaked out a bit when Tynne started to speak about his shaved legs...Lucky we was done with the core at that time :)
