Winter training with my club, from Lillsjön to Torshag and back. A funny area there I haven't been running so much. Still a lot of snow in the forest. Longing for the summer a bit!

Ski at Stocksjön. The first hour with my sister in a quite slow tempo, then the last 50 minutes by my own in a higher tempo. Took it mostly like a recovery training. My legs and ass have been so tired the last days. felt much better after this!

before the shower I did 10 minutes with different kind of core exercises (The board/ "plankan"); front side, back side, side, moves, push up... yeh, you name it!

warm up outdoor. Just -2 degrees today, felt like summer! Skip the warm down, was too tired, just walk to my bag to get a shirt and then back to the tracks, it means 1 minutes walk down :p well down!

intervaller intervals (400m / 200m) 38:00 [5]

intervals indoor at the track, stadium arena. 9* 200 (70s start interval) + 400m (2.20 start interval) with a set rest after 5 intervals. was deadly tired in my legs, specially my calfs. Not many at all there today, just me and some boys. indeed it's good when it's not so many... :)

I, Tynne, henrik, erik and anders did some core ("plankan") after the intervals. It felt good the first exercises, then Henrik started to chatter, anders admit we did every exercises in 40s (instead of 35s). Henrik fall down and started laughing with the fact we did the core in the danish way, 40s was too much. he died, I get tired. It all freaked out a bit when Tynne started to speak about his shaved legs...Lucky we was done with the core at that time :)

"Rockgympa"/strength in Åby with my club. Linn was sick so I lead the training today too. Have planned it a bit better this time and prepared it with all my favourite exercises and some new one. I was really tired in my leg and my ass when I started, and it only get worse. The good (or bad :p ) thing when I am the leader is that I can't cheat on the exercises. I have to give 110 %, and at the same time smile, talk, pep and give energy till the rest of the group. But indeed, I really like it, and it gives me heaps of energy, power and a big kick!! :) Even if my body was tired it felt good during the exercises and I was strong. like when it's pumping acis during the exercises when we simulated an alpine race. Today we all won the Olympic games in Vancouver. No one had faster speed than some one else when I asked them, so I guess we divided the victory. :-)

orientering race (löpex night extreme) 1:00:00 [4] 7.8 km (7:42 / km)

Löpex night extreme, in Vidingsjö, Linköping. Not so funny course, was two laps, and they were very similar to each other. a lot running on tracks also. Because it was so cold I have borrow a "ordinary" compass. and it didn't work, so have to run without compass in the dark, it was so hard. The first lap I run in wrong direction the whole time. But it get better and better, so now I am pro on it! Come in 5th position among both girls and boys. the second girl after linnea gustafsson.

warm up and down indoor with my fabulous Alex!

intervaller intervals (200m / 400m ) 40:00 [5]

intervals indoor at the track, stadium arena. same as last time. 2*5* 200m (70s start interval) + 400m (2.20 start interval). start to like this training. It's so good for my mental. took it easy in the start and harder at the last intervals. it's difficult to know how fast I can go at the start, don't want to miss speed in the end. I run really fast at the last interval and tried to do "a northug" on Linnea G. It worked quite well even in running. You can take competitor on the spurt even if you are miles away, every thing is possible!! =)
