I wanted to run with Lilja while Tapio ran in FRIM, so we parked the car to Kepong Metropolitan Park, very near the FRIM entrance. There is a 3,4 km tartan track, surrounding a big lake, excellent for pram jogging. A very nice park, I'm glad we went there.

I checked on the internet and found out that there should be 2058 stairs in the KL Tower race (KL Tower International Towerthon Challenge). That means just 132 more than what I did yesterday. I guess I will survive...

Decided to start training for the KL Tower race which will be in 3,5 weeks. It will be crazy.
3 x up the stairs of our condo. From 3rd floor to 35th there are 642 stairs.

In FRIM. It was raining, very fresh.
5' + 4' + 3' + 2' + 1' + 1' + 1' + 1' / jogging recovery same time as interval.
3rd and 4th interval were completely uphill and the rest of them partly. Good training.

3 laps in the park. Nice weather, clear and only +25. The only problem is the rising sun, that comes to Lilja's eyes from random directions because it reflects from all the buildings. Maybe she'll wear sunglasses next time.

In FRIM while Tapio was walking with Lilja.
Including some faster parts and a 6 min uphill. This was the first time I went to FRIM without carrying an extra weight. That felt good. And somehow, compared to a treadmill or a city park, running in a forest just is something... My thing! :)

I was happy to notice that I still can run 3.20/km and that it didn't even feel too bad (even if it was just for one minute). Now I just need to make it longer. Easy, yeah right...
