| Beecraigs perimiter plus Cockleroy but without my chums today, they're doing the ladies 10K in Glasgow on Sunday, so no chatting. Intended to do an intesity 3 as recovery run but ended up being a 4 and shaved another 8 mins off my PB.

| WEE Sauchie Crags - hard core rough, rough, rough. First run for a week and after my cold so wasn't exactly feeling like doing this at all. I didn't like this area for the club champs and I like it even less now... Set off without my compass (glad I went back to get it), tripped over most of the brashings, got my hair well tangled in the trees and generally got into some of the grottiest bits of forest imaginable and messed up several controls as well. Not a good WEE for me. Poor Hugh was left to collect the controls as everyone left immediately after their run, no volunteers to collect - I wonder why... | ||
