Orienteering race 1:02:00 [4] 6.4 km (9:41 / km)

Night-cup in Kollevik. Very dense coastal terrain with some bare cliffs. Very tricky orienteering with lots of details and low visibility. I did approximately 4 min mistake which is a bit too much. But it was very fun and I felt good physically. I'm not quite sure if I won. Anyway, it was really, really nice to be back and run a competion, it was 5 months since I last used a sportident...

Running warm up/down 10:00 [2]

Spinning intervals 31:00 [5]
ahr:167 max:177

30/15 intervals. The pulse was low the first 10 min, but then it slowly increased to over 90 % sometimes. Had 12 min over 88 %, good session. Lots of lactic acid, NICE!

Orienteering long (hill-distance) 1:14:00 [4] 8.6 km (8:36 / km) +475m 6:45 / km
ahr:162 max:178

"Backdistans" in Härnäs. Variating terrain, sometimes real nice and sometimes real shit, stony clearings and bushy areas. Felt good physically and the orienteering worket out really well. My headlamp died with 3 km left so had some problems to keep the speed up. Good session anyway:-)

Roller skiing intervals 39:00 [5] 9.0 km (4:20 / km)
ahr:159 max:174

First time I did intervals on roller skis, worked out well. 7*1,2 km. Times around 3,45-3,50 min (3,10 min/km) and 1,50 rest. 12 min over 88 % of MaxHR. I think it was a bit to easy, next time I will try to them in an uphill ("slakmota") or something.

Roller skiing long 46:00 [3] 10.0 km (4:36 / km)
ahr:147

Did some extra skiing after the intervals to get some distance training. I was trying to have a good technique
