my body aches all over but definately a good thing :D had a good stretch but will definately need another one later. feels nice knowing i've done enough excercise to make me ache! will have to try out my new mountain bike soon!!! (thanks rhod!)
dance aerobic dvd. was quite hard work and probably looked like an idiot. was good fun tho and could definately feel my quads n glutes after all the lunging n squating. n abs killed after the abs section!!
first run over 3km in months!! thanks rach n liz for runnin with me :) knees felt fine n so did the rest of my legs. felt a bit unfit but considerin how much trainin i've done recently it wasn't too bad. legs ache alot tho!!
