shoes: Mizuno Wave Inspire 4
rigby and i jogged over to the high school fields for some shuttle runs. set up cones 5 yards apart for 30 yards. sprint out and backs 5 yd, 10 yd, 15 yd, etc to 30 yd. rested 90 sec in between and only got in 3 sets. 50 sec, 57 sec, 58 sec. the lungs and the legs burn! nice workout....maybe someday i'll complete the recommended 6 sets.
