Quick run on the boredom machine while I waited for the kids to get out of the pool.

I did a little warm up and then tried out this ladder thing. I swam up the ladder and down the ladder and back up the ladder and then I jump off and did some cool down. so, 200-100-50-100-200-100-50. I kind of like that one. I probably could have kept going, but I'm not very good at pushing myself. Also, I snapped the strap on my goggles so I had to tie them together. Remind me to ask you about some new goggles. Mine leak a little too, so I need some advice on new goggles.
