this was the worst training session ever!

i resolved to do intervals even though i don't like them...
so i warmed up and stretched.

then i started doing them, and only got up to 5 minutes when my stitch got so bad i couldn't run! or walk! it was sooo owwww. so i walked back to the gateothingo.

so then i stood around for ages stretching and stuff until the stitch got better enough to think about running. and i decided i'd just do a 30minute easy run.

but then i set off and it was soo stitchy! and i got to a downhill bit and i couldn't run down it because it hurt too much so i walked. then i did one hill interval to the right. then walked to the bottom. then one to the left, but had to walk up half. then kept jogging for a while and then walked home.

gaaah. don't know whether to stay in running stuff and try again later...hmmm.

in other news, it's so warm today that it's practically summer!! and the wattle is out. i smelt it :) (cept it gives asthma/hayfever which = bad)

well the decision was made for me!

i rang the hairdresser intending to book a haircut later in the week but my hairdresser was all booked out apart from 2pm today! so i went and woo i have new hair!! very exciting :P though it's approximately the same as the last time i got it cut..though that was in january. my stitch went away, fiiiinally. tummy was sore to touch for a whileee.

i have work in an hour :( start at 5:30pm. gahhh. oh well $$.

my quads hurt loads from yesterday,,
atm i've just had breakfast (pikelets, yumm) and sitting here in pyjamas wasting time...
run? short? long? intervals?
sleeeep sounds better! i actually feel like playing a car racing game on a box connected to a television!

woohoo i was getting withdrawal symptoms!!

anyway, i'll long everything going backwards from today.

i was bored and the weather was nice so i decided on a long run!

i went through cook to the bike track and ran down it to the lake! and along the lake until 45minutes was up, which coincided with the intersection of parkes way and clunies ross whatever.

felt stitchy and owie for quite a while and my hip popped out or something and went oww!! but once i got to the lake i felt heaps better. was so nice running along there :)

then walked a bit further, to sullivans creek.

the other half! i walked back to where i got up to, and ran back, bit of a killer cos it's all uphill!! my legs went kapow and cramped up while i was doing the big hill..but when i got to the track you go up to get to scotty's house they felt magically better.

didn't get all the way back to my house though :( 45 minutes was up at the bottom of springvale drive....

BL run!! stitchy and awful. felt gross running. but it was fuunn anyway..
(dobinsons theory holding true!!!)
a run around lennox gardens then hills up parliament house!! X 2.

then back...cool fun.

forgot about this!

thought i'd do some yoga to loosen up and relaxo.

yoga makes me so angry! and tense!!! lol kind of the opposite of what i was going for..

anyway, did it with a dvd. it makes my muscles hurt! is it supposed to?

Exercise Bike long (STUPID) 4:00:00 [4]

this was sooo stupid!
my friend bet me $10 that i couldn't ride her exercise bike for 4 hours straight!! so i had to do it...

anyway, it was awful!! owwwww karen i now share your fear of thunderthighs!!

did 30 minutes thingos with lots of hills and owsssss.

couldn't get to sleep cos my legs were ow. but felt fine the next day.

++i thought i was going to collapse when i got off it but i didn't!! made a dive for the sofa though.

last night at work, i saw this girl and i thought i recognized her from somewhere....

and i looked back and was like OMG i'T'S HANNY ALLSTON!!!!!!!!!!!

but it wasn't.
looked like her though!!

in other news, gotta finish my psych assignment. arrghh. so i'm about to get up and do that...
the training will begin after monday!! yahooo i'm so looking forward to being freeee.
