running 36:00 [3] 6.0 km (6:00 / km)

normal 6k route, more than 1 min per k slower than pb time. this felt ok aerobically,but just no energy to go any quicker. knee and bum problem recurred, but not till the last km, so an improvement on friday. have never lost so much fitness in all the time i have been running; long way to go to get back to where i was.

jog out to ranmoor, bit of a loop and back home. hard work; need to build up gradually; slight niggle in left knee and buttock - great!

walk to fulwood to pick up car. jogged about 1k of it; felt weird running after 10 days of nothing. may try for a proper run run tomorrow. totally out of the habit now.
