normal 6k route, more than 1 min per k slower than pb time. this felt ok aerobically,but just no energy to go any quicker. knee and bum problem recurred, but not till the last km, so an improvement on friday. have never lost so much fitness in all the time i have been running; long way to go to get back to where i was.
