physio + easy road run. physio legs felt strong after few days off (niggles moving around!). run was ok, felt a bit weak towards end (not eating enough?). feels like "steady as she goes" for a few more weeks.

felt fine altho a little mentally tired after week at work... hips/low back/ankles are a little sore after faster run on tues altho knee seems fine

steady road run. a few small hills, pushing it a tiny bit at the end to maintain steady 8" pace, this was my first time wearing the garmin in aaages, felt good afterwards was refreshing to still have some speed
