Legs were feeling alright on the bike so just tried a normal paced run... only the L) lat thigh's bruise was hurting.
I think the cold conditions and slack final descent made for the minimal DOMS.
Good stretch out afterwards.

Good up until Scafell Pike. Bad line off. Little off on leaving Slight Side. Left the pack going up towards Crinkle Crags-Cold Pike plateau: went right towards Little Stand. Saw Ted.
