Relay. Had a good run - but unfortunately couldn't do enough to to take the win away from the INT team. Again.

Ran a solid race at the WOC test races to finish 2nd, 63s down on Scotia. 3rd in 104.18. Pleased with the result, but still made some mistakes that really shouldn't have been made - so things to work on still.

Roughly 10-11k in Lossie, point to point. Felt good, cruising level. Orienteering ok, but 1:15 map a little unreadable.

Ran the Battan black course from a few weeks ago. Felt good, but a few little mistakes and hesitations with the controls not being on the features. Nice area all the same - good that the braken wasn't out yet.

6 by 3mins in the bog - nice a cool this evening, thank goodness. Felt pretty good.
