Firm Video and Ab routine. Need some sleep! Seem to have an internal clock that wakes me by 6am no matter what now - so no staying up late on weekends.

this was mostly incline walking, some jogging on hotel treadmill. I'm in Austin and the outside temp is high 90's with 90+ % humidity. Anyway - this felt like a 'real' workout.
