Morning jog to the yoga class.

Power Vinyasa with Nico. Today I was loosing my balance like if I did yoga for the first time in my life. I got a lot of touches from Nico while he corrected my poses. I probably did not hold any pose well. I guess my physical body was still asleep. A long class.... 1h 40.

Pilates class at noon. My 30th class of this month, officially I am done with my challenge, but I think I will go for another class tomorrow.

A special yoga class in the studio. It was called Kundalini yoga. I loved that, it is about faster exercises for arms, legs and flexibility of spine. Faster breathing than usually and some dancing. Rima would love this one. Great energy and very refreshing. Youhou! Almost done with my 30 day challenge! Now, I have a nice three layer muscle on my shoulder, I just saw it in the mirror while brushing my teeth. Is that an information to log?

Great class, a lot of work out for legs what we usually do not do.

Core class with Chloe at 6:30 in the morning. That's crazy! That was the only time I was able to fit a part of my challenge into my day. Only 4 days to go!

Biking to the WET at UBC. First to Rima's house over Stanley Park and then with Rima to UBC. Nice view from Lions Gate bridge and a nice evening at English Bay beach. It is just about timing the bike ride right.

A fun Wet at UBC set by Gar. My legs were tired. I met a family of racoons at control number 15, so I did not touch the flag. I did not want to disturb them with my headlamp.

Vinyasa Flow with Natasha. We did a few upside down poses and held the body only on the hands in various poses. Great!

Pilates advanced with Nico (again). That was my 25th day of Yoga-pilates challenge. Now I feel very strong and straight, flexible and so on... Only 5 days to go!!!

Yin Yoga class at the studio with Nico. I am doing a lot of the classes with this teacher. Why is that, is it his calm voice or because he is handsome or just because he is a good teacher? He has no idea about time, this class supposed to be an hour and it became 1:20. I guess it shows his South American origin. Great stretch after the hike yesterday.
This was my official rest day!

A great sunny hike in the snow to the Lions. We started on the parking lot on Cypress and went the Howe Sound Crest trail almost to the Lions, very close to them, we had to turn around just before joining the trail from Lions Bay because of the fact that the days are too short in this season. We had some great sunshine up on the crest between Unnecessary Mountain and Lions. There was a lot of new fresh snow and some steep hills. Great! I could do that every Sunday! I am not going to any yoga today...oups!
