Chilly morning run with Paul from O'Connor up Blackie, circa track, and around little blackie. Was difficult to breath in sub zero temps and I struggled with the mountain, ran ok, just didn't feel as comfortable as normal. Can't believe I used to do that on a weekly basis so easily...
Morning run with Kez from mine, through Collingwood to yarra, back through Clifton Hill - discovered some new streets and alleyways, finished at Babkas - certainly didn't bound out of bed, but was glad I got up!
Awesome class, felt good. Although there were sauna like conditions, what I imagine a wind trainer session in my house might be like.

First 200m was tough but then I hit a rhythm, got a bit bored but, only things to look at; leaves, ginger who couldn't swim & 2 other swimmers... happy to crack 2k.
Can't say it was enjoyable.
Run from mine with Kez around Princes Park, back via Kez's new place. Was nice to see the park as its been a week or two... comment at the end of the run being a 'tempo run' makes me think someone needs to harden up :)
