It was really cold when we got out of bed and I did not feel like doing anything. The class was all about hips - which was hard but good. 90 mins flew by. And I even spotted a monkey or two about.

After lunch and a walk with Elephants, I actually felt like getting back to my mat. Head stand time. Yep... things got a balancing.
First yoga session at the retreat, I didn't know what to expect. And it appeared the teacher was testing where we were all at. I was fearful she would be very hardcore. She was not.
Lunges, dips, abs, squats, balance poses, push ups. Was a good session. I later found out Sandra does cross fit... my chicken arms are set to be sore tomorrow...
