Really nice long run round the trails of Grizedale. Set off with Helen B, Rach E, Heather M, Helen W and Pip, although only Rach, Helen B and me did the long run. R knee was a bit sore on the way home, but no pain once I had stopped or the next day, so probably ok.

slept:8.0

Long run from Hodge Close to High Wray with Helen B and Rachel Holmes. Really nice route and good run, although could maybe have gone a bit faster. Pushed hard up Latterbarrow, which felt good. Did 10 x 10s uphill efforts at end of session with Helen B, and was pleased to be able to just about keep up!

Hills session with NYMAC from Squash Club in Nunthorpe. Hills were short, sharp hills - 2 sets.
W/U 24:52, HR Av 139, HR Max 162
Session 17:09 HR Av 162 HR Max 177
W/D 25:41 HR Av 140 HR Max 143

Although I pushed hard on the hills it seemed like too short a session so may not do NYMAC session again.

Club run with NYMAC from Clairville, Middlesbrough. Whistle session. Seemed to be a hard session but difficult to know how hard to push as I didn't know route or length of each interval.
