The cycle path was very slippy, as it had snowed last night and it had gone slushy. It was same as last week, 1,1.20, 1.40, 2, 1.40 with 1 minute rest imbetween.
Strength and stretching warm up/down 15:00 [1]
got back and did some stretching from Dads new book.
Usual warm up on spot, pulse raising, mobalizing and dynamic/static stretching.
Stretching all muscles for about 30 secs, new stretch was quite funny

I did 4 circuits of 15 excersises, by the end I was getting tired especially my quads, I could tell I hadn't done it for 2 weeks and will probably have sore muscels tomorrow.
It's alot more tiring than expected running up and down a tiny pitch trying to catch a ball is pretty hard. I also managed to get hit in the head twice.
We did a long warm up with stretches and then did half a game, came out and looked at skills and then went back into the game.
