a good little course. got a bit unsure about the difference between a pit and a depression with all the holes near number 8/12

orienteering (brown only) 24:00 [3] 2.6 km (9:14 / km)

good . practised aiming off.

good for the most part. raced jonny from 5 to 6 my route was good but then acidentally went to 8 because i wasnt concentrating properly. number 9 i had a good line but needed to be more confident in my bearing.

Gleanshee. good fun got sore thighs when going through some pow-pow. my back started to hurt and is still hurting abit.
