Running 1:19:27 [3]
shoes: Brooks Adrenaline

One really sick child derailed some of the plans for the day. Still got in a good run, felt good. Even in the 50's my hands are getting really cold?

Cycling (Trainer) 1:01:00 [3]

Early am shed session. Just me and the chicken food getting the job done.

Running 32:30 [3]

The heavens opened as the run began. Cold and wet, didn't dress for the elements.

Running 1:11:59 [3]

Detention Run + Run home (extended loop). Legs are feeling very tired but overall fitness feels good. Was a bit off the pace but able to settle into a good groove and could have plugged aways for miles. Working through the tired legs will be nice.

Swimming 40:00 [2]

Easy swim, legs are very tired and fatigued. Felt good to hang on the wall and think about swimming, actual swimming didn't feel that good.

Just of 1000 yards, one 500 to get a little turn over going.

Cycling (FTTT) 2:30:00 [3] 20.0 mi (7:30 / mi)

Solid group, 20+ miles. GPS works well to get most of the trails but still misses some. Trails are in great condition.

Running 30:40 [3]
shoes: Brooks Adrenaline

Dropped the car off at the shop and ran in. Good news is that there will definitely be a post work run as well. Either home or back to the car.

Running 34:24 [3]
shoes: Brooks Adrenaline

Ran back to pick up the car.

Cycling 4:00:00 [3] 50.0 mi (4:48 / mi)

Jerry, Patrick and I hit another great south county ride. Found some new roads last week and put them into a good loop. Excellent pacing and effort on Starks grade. Very cold in the am, jersey and no gloves by the end.
