Finally got out for a run. First one post race. Felt fine and good.

Surprisingly good core, balance and leg exercise. Tons of fun and getting better.

Wed morning Crossfit with Piff. Good to get back in the routine. Felt pretty good, still tired.

Cycling 2:15:00 [3]

Showed up for the Tuesday ride not knowing what to expect. Actually felt pretty darn good! Pace was pretty slow at the beginning and picked up throughout. Nothing much in the way of sustained strength on the climbs but generally performed better than anticipated. Great ride, fantastic trails, hopefully we will keep the dust at bay for awhile!

Walk around Los Gatos to make sure all the pieces were still working, seems to be fine!

Newest addition to the backyard playground. Much harder than the YouTube vids make it appear! Hope for the healing properties to take over.
