Knees still sore, but less so and putting the seat up halfway through the ride helped a bit.

Muscles and cardio felt fine but knees still very sore. 8km more than enough and will not be riding home tonight.

Stroll from Maylands to Claisebrook to get a little blood flow going. Spent all day trying to loosen/relax/lengthen/ease/something damn right shoulder after massage. Oh ow.

Knees felt perfectly fine when not on the bike.

Note

Massage again. Significantly less painful than last time in the legs and glutes (and no pain at all in the ITB, huzzah!), but still outrageously painful through rhomboids - loads of pain and referred pain and weird twitching and sounds/feels of glass-in-the-muscles breaking. Ow.

Feeling not too bad today - right knee still tender, hips and upper back are tight, but other than that I feel fine - just have tired legs.
