Commute cycling and returning to yoga and discharged as an RPH outpatient all in the same week. Wiktory!

Hadn't lost anywhere near as much strength as feared, but lower back and balance need a lot of work. Unlikely to make Guildford Grammar today with both a lunch date and an early dinner date.

Lots and lots of butterfly. I've turned into some kind of weird, crazy person who really enjoys butterfly - not strong enough to do much of it at a time, but it's fun every time.

Did about 400m of butterfly and about 1.5km all up. Whee :-)

Ride in from Guildford. Very slow - not only do I have no swimming muscles, I also have no cycling muscles. I may need to *gulp* do some gym work.

Very, very happy to be back on the bike. Perfect morning for a pootle.

Still no swimming muscles, but hung around to be part of the club celebrations following a really successful nationals. 16 swimmers, 41 individual medals and 4 relay medals. Yay club!
