Felt incredibly flat and had a really hard time keeping moving, let alone keeping jogging. Legs like lead - didn't even enjoy the gentle downs, which are usually my favourite bit.

Enjoyable stop to chat to the folks building the skills loop above the carpark area and the further development of my strong desire to play on the structures - especially the low seesaw.

Pootle to work. Got rained on a bit. Probably won't help the cold.

Overall, very nice and my wrist held up very well.

Swimming (random) 28:00 [3] 1.4 km (20:00 / km)

Missed the appropriate bus to make it to club, so wandered down to Swan Aquatic for at least a bit of a swim. They're going to be closed for four weeks from the middle of July. Eep.

Another pleasant evening jog generating endorphins with Hilarity.

Rained on us pretty solidly to begin with but eased up quickly. Flooding on the path caused some interesting detours on the boggy flats in East Perth. Still don't understand how development possibly could have been approved there.

Hilarity took a couple of walking breaks, but her legs are so long and she walks so fast that I just took them as a slow jog, because otherwise I couldn't keep up!

Cooled down very quickly at the end and stretches cut short in favour of jumping in the car and turning the heater up to 11.
