Scottish 6-day day 1. Really physical and I wasn't prepared at all for the hills. Struggled a fair bit, and made 2 quite big mistakes and a couple of small ones. WRE, not a great result but can't complain too much. 39th

Another grocery jog, but this time a bit longer, ran right round the river/siljan to the Strand Park, then back through the forest and past ejendals to ICA. Back home with the groceries then another 12 minutes to post a letter at the post office. Felt pretty good, but knee got a bit sore going to the PO.
