Not feeling too great so took it easy on the same run as 10 days ago. Felt slow the whole way, and my insides were hurting at times. Lack of any biology at school means I have no idea what is hurting, but i'm sure it'll be fine soon. Surprised I was only just over 5 mins down on the last time...
