Finally made it back to T2's paddle session with and the help of some well timed sugar loading during the day I didnt even feel sick.
Felt very unfit and awkward at the start with both my shoulder and stomach muscles protesting, but started to warm up and feel good after the first 10-15mins.
Introduced a whole new level of slow to the slow group even being trounced by a newbie in a yellow endorphinn.
Cut the session short because I didnt want to stress out any muscles but felt really good and peppy by the end.
