Walk 40:00 [3]

Walked around Pile road while Wal was MTBOing.

Walk (Orienteering) 1:32:00 [3] 3.7 km (24:52 / km)

Evendon H5 course with Wal navigating and me desperately attemping not to fall over down the steep, steep hills.

I generally felt okay, although we were moving at a very slow pregnant lady pace. The 2 fence crossings were entertaining as I didnt fit between the wires and had to lower myself to the ground then roll under while Wal held the bottom wire up and then get back up again (sounds easy...)

Somehow we managed not to come last...!

Swim 30:00 [3] 1.4 km (21:26 / km)

My first swim in ages - swimming was supposed to be an integral part of my stay fit during pregnancy plan but appears to have been replaced by eating cake...

Went out quite hard for the first 300m, then got a stitch and realised I would have to slow down if I was going to make 1km without keeling over. The next 700m was hard and slow but I finally warmed up after 1km and the next 400m while still slowish was much more comfortable.

And to answer the guy in the next lane - no I do not go faster when bub kicks as well.

Apparently swimming brings on baby hiccups - although pretty much everything does at the moment.

Walk 40:00 [3] 3.0 km (13:20 / km)

Between the jetties at Coogee beach. The sand was super boggy which made it a slow walk with a few rest breaks.

Walk 50:00 [3]

From South beach past Leightons to the dog beach and back.

Paddle 10:00 [3]
shoes: Endorfinn

Officially the last paddle before bub comes.

My last paddle was about 2 weeks ago in the V10L - where I discovered that my belly no longer fit. I thought maybe the endorfinn would be better, and it was, but I think my belly has gotten bigger!

I started out with a decent stroke rate but it quickly became really uncomfortable and I had to slow it right down. By the time I made it around the island (the normal warmup) all the muscles in my belly had tightened up and I was closer to in pain than just uncomfortable so I called it a day.

I'm a bit sad to have to stop paddling...
