Biking 45:00 [3]

45 minutes on the trainer after work. Inserted the following:

5 X 20 sec intervals at maximum power

2 min rest in between sets

I was a little gassed after these...

Running 30:00 [3] 3.54 mi (8:28 / mi)

Followed up the trainer with a short run. Nothing like a good ole brick!!!
