My finger isn't bothering me much anymore. It is still a little swollen, but has gotten much better over the last week or two, since I begin stretching it.

I had to stop today's workout because I felt terrible. I thought if I cut this workout short that I would be able to do the Ab Ripper. I did the first few moves of the Ab Ripper and was performing significantly worse than the first time I did the workout. I felt awful, so I stopped working out.

I am going to start looking at the diet that they recommend for P90X, because I am pretty positive that the way I currently feel is directly related to my diet. My diet has primarily consisted of chocolate and other types of candy for the last week or two.
