6 hours on the Mountain. Dropped 17 inches of powder in 24 hours. Siiri and I had the rainbow lift pretty much to ourselves. crazy. I dropped over to Pine Marten for one run and saw a 5 minute lift line and tracked out groomers. Got back over to the far side and still had the place to myself. 21 runs in 6 hours. Quads, Calves and back were wrecked.

Night run from the house. Crib to Green Gate and back via Harmon, Drake and First St. Rapids. Exactly 6 miles. Tired, tonight. Motivation came from knowing I'm healthy and it's time to get my ass in gear. That said, I'm about over running in the slushy, icy snow. Felt like I did 12 miles trying to run on dry land in a pair of ice skates. So it begins.

Iceburg Lettuce. Looong Day, today. House shopping in the golden hours, full day in the shop. I was glad we stayed open long enough to turn the wet slush into Chopped Ice. Much easier to run on with the screws in the shoes than splashing like some ballet fruit through the slushies.

Relaxed cobweb shake out from the shop. Path icy but runnable except the short section between mt. washington and skyline hadn't seen many footprints yet and was deeper snow. Everything else was icy and packed down. Ran with Dave K and Joseph, Good pace for a Wednesday run and conditions.

Yoga (Yoga for Runners) 1:00:00 [3]

Becca was super mellow tonight. Lots of core and repeated poses followed by some deep twists and stretches. Took an excellent dump afterwards.

Snowy run with Bronco Billy and John Sterling, Esq.

From downtown to first street rapids and up sawyer trail to some road, cross mt. washington and ended up over to summit rd, up summit to farewell, around the park and back down summit and took back neighborhood road to little wasatch and back through town and drake park. Felt pretty good today. Gentle most of the run. Good pace for the snow.
