orienteering 1:29:00 [3] 7.9 km (11:16 / km)
shoes: X-Falon 212

cornerd and raped this course with less than 4 hours of sleep.

felt solid and nailed every control but the vegetation was thick so it slowed me down a considerable amount. Felt strong during all of the run and could have kept the pace up for another 20 or 30 mins. Still have lots to work on before NAOC. Might try to get catching features for when i cant get out onto a real course. Matt Ogden JWOC middle champ plays it very often so why not start playing now?

First time in WPOC terrain as well. Cant wait to get back in the woods. Also trying to get a map of the IUP CO-OP which is less than a mile away from where i am living

RUGBY 2:15:00 [3]
shoes: sauncony kinvara 2

rugby practice was pretty long and lots of sprinting. feel kind of bad just walking in and being one of the faster kids on the team already.

Running 40:00 [3] 7.0 km (5:43 / km)
shoes: sauncony kinvara 2

just a 40 min run

RUGBY 1:20:00 [3]
shoes: X-Falon 212

rugby practice just played a bunch of games to work on speed and endurance
9 PM

Running 45:00 [3] 5.5 km (8:11 / km)
shoes: sauncony kinvara 2

starting erins plan for me this fall

30 min run
5x110M strides
core and strength for about 5 or 7 mins

felt pretty decent and even banged a under 7 minute mile at the end of it. the question is can i stay this strong and get stronger but also the bigger thing to me is to stay healthy.
