A blustery chilly day but I headed out with the dogs this morning and they were rearing to go. It actually turned out to be a great walk. Feeling good my left leg is still really weak. We did the cedar rd loop today from the house.

I finally went to Poto!!! The dogs both went and had a blast. I had to get off the trail for the mountain bikes many times today. We also stopped about every half hour for a drink for the dogs. It was a perfect day to be in the woods. We were blocked from the wind.

I got up this morning and it was still wet out. I thought about just taking a rest day but then headed to the basement with the intentions of only doing 30 mins. Once I got on the bike and got gong things moved along. My legs were heavy and felt tired when I started and I told myself that I can ride for 30 mins. As time went by I just kept going. But I will say the entire time my legs were tired. I'm so out of shape! I did the same routine as yesterday. When I got off the bike my legs were shaky and they were still shaky when I got in the shower. Riding the bike gets my heart rate up and I sweat a lot which is something I can't do when I'm walking. And I feel like I need to start working harder in order to get some fitness back. The only bad thing is I really have to watch that I don't look up and stress my neck.

Rainy day so I headed for the basement and hopped on the spin bike. This was a hard ride. 15 mins easy spinning and then 5 mins of hard standing up hill climbing then 15 mins easy spinning, 5 mins of hard hill climbing my legs were screaming and I wanted to stop but hung in there and kept going. Followed by 5 mins of easy cooldown spinning.

It was super mild this morning so the dogs and I headed out the door to get a walk in early this morning! I was supposed to ride my spin bike but with the weather being this nice I couldn't pass it up! It takes longer now to get all of our gear on! Everyone was in a zone this morning and just moving happily along! The time went by quickly!

chilly breezy day out but I decided to get a walk in while it was daylight and not horribly cold out. Feeling good I'm just getting tired of walking all the time. No dogs since I was at work walking on the path.
