Hard run on the plains. Took the first half a bit easier and pushed real hard for the second half. Felt good but not perfect. Needed to eat a bit more before maybe.

Run at parc des Braves. Tried this new parc close to home. Didn't like it so much for running, probably much better for interval training. 500m loop with one side that goes up and the other down. Kinda screws up a rythm. Way too slow on the ways up. It's getting really chilly out there! brrrr!
