work out chest triceps and shoulders and did some interval training as well went well feel quite good now. looking forward to tomorrow after work

Went to the gym did my new program and liked it did the upper body one and then some cardio work just doing intervals and so on, probably would have gone a bit longer but i took ele home.

hill repeats up Mt Wellington. Went up 5 times ran up hard in about 1 -2 min's walked a third of the way down then jogged the rest in about 3 min's. didn't feel to crash hot on the way there but felt quite good when I was heading home. Legs were very tight heading towards the hill but loosened up eventually. felt better heading home then I did going out I think. foot's feeling a bit sore now though, think I had my shoes on to tight. Any way going to go eats me up some food.

got my new gym workout today should be quite good. It looks quite hard out so it should be a challenge to get used to it and and then to keep on pushing and improving upon it. Quite a lot of interval stuff in it which is good that should get my cardio up and going and speed me up cause I am I bit slow really. Certainly some hard stuff in there in as well which pushed me on the walk through
