hill repeats up Mt Wellington. Went up 5 times ran up hard in about 1 -2 min's walked a third of the way down then jogged the rest in about 3 min's. didn't feel to crash hot on the way there but felt quite good when I was heading home. Legs were very tight heading towards the hill but loosened up eventually. felt better heading home then I did going out I think. foot's feeling a bit sore now though, think I had my shoes on to tight. Any way going to go eats me up some food.
