Trail Running 45:00 [3] 5.5 mi (8:11 / mi)
shoes: Teva X-1 Evolution

One of these days I will actually start using the Garmin to get accurate distances and times. Recovery run but felt pretty darned good after the Saturday run. Ran with RB nd TD. Trail in pretty good shape.

Trail Running 4:00:00 [4] 16.0 mi (15:00 / mi)
shoes: Teva X-1 Evolution

With temps about 15 degrees cooler than last weekend, what a difference. Did the Wapack from Temple Mntn to the southern end, skipping the first 5 rugged miles but plenty of rugged terrain between har and thar. Ran with RB, BB, and TD. Had no problem hydrating/fueling this time and plenty of energy right to the end. Ran more of Mt. Watatic than ever- only walked a single steep, short rocky section. Good confidence boost after last week.

Trail Running 1:10:00 [2] 7.0 mi (10:00 / mi)

Easy trail run as I was feeling a bit tired. Ran into neighbor on the trail who I made the mistake of stopping to say hello. He bored me for nearly 15 minutes with outrageous propoganda tied to his idiotic political views. I never was much of a fan of Kool-ade. What a waste of time. and daylight. The run was nice once I got going again. Trail in pretty decent shape.

Trail Running 45:00 [3] *** 5.0 mi (9:00 / mi)
shoes: Teva X-1 Evolution

Ran "the loop" with RB and TD. Ran into Lynn (LR) along the way. She turned around and joined us. Started out VERY fatigued in the legs and even let myself walk up the first steep pitch of Sayer's Accent, but started to warm out of it and by the halfway point was moving at least as fast, if not faster, than my normal pace on the loop. Found a really cool patina'ed copper gas tank(?) in the woods. Can figure out what to do with it, so I will email Martha Stewart later and ask for ideas.
