Run down to the gym to let Will and Malley know I had to go down town. Ran down town to swap some BUCS night out stuff.. Then ran back up to the gym

Cheeky spin to keep the legs moving before the weekend. Then hit up the sauna after. Feeling excellente

WEnt up onto Burbage with Will and Malley for a bit of O training. Feeling much better than I was at the weekend, but still coughing up a bit of crap.. Was nice training though! Some of the bits in the wooded area were a bit strange, but I managed alright. Uphill course at the end was a killer.

AOM Long distance race on Pinares de Punta Umbria. Took the race easy once again, and was just focusing on keeping the orienteering clean. Some really nice technical areas at the start, but once we had went through the spectator it was a bit of a slog. I really enjoyed the first section though!

Made a few mistakes on the dunes, think I was taking it a bit too easy and just not concentrating on what I was doing at all. Just a bit too relaxed.. Other than that I was clean.

Really enjoyed the weekend! The timing of me getting ill was really frustrating but I still enjoyed the orienteering. Was good to get out on a map and do a bit of competing again!
