The route planned this week was great downhill training...my quads definite felt tired especially starting off with the Incline. Ran through manitou into Old CO City (up to 31st street) and back to car....Once again another Saturday where temps were cooler and overcast...guess I will need to spend time in a sauna to get some heat training...
