Went to Pioneer Gym slowly getting back into the exercise because of my ankle , the circuits were good and steady exercise

So much fun ! it was a good of laughs and hard on the body but so worth it ! I sadly rolled my ankle running down Mt Richardson :( but i cant believe how quickly its healing ! its amazing !

I really enjoyed the rogaining it was awsome ! especially flying down Mt Oxford
