Running (Commute) 1:08:30 [3] 14.0 km (4:54 / km)

Wednesday Sep 2, 2015 #

4 PM

Cycling (road Bike) (Commute) 28:50 [3] 14.1 km (29.3 kph)
shoes: Giant TCR Advanced 2

Ride home.
5 PM

River paddling 1:19:00 [5] 15.0 km (5:16 / km)
shoes: Epic V10

dusted off the V10, given that the white water season is over and the plastics can now dry off and gather some dust.

Paddled from bayswater to just beyond the rail bridge in Guildford and return. Stopped at the AKC where I thought that I had collected some seaweed, but it turned out to be the combo of the slight headwind and the current going out.

Paddled at about 80-85% effort during the session and did not put in any sprints. Just focused on technique and getting a good catch. Did not feel like I was moving particularly fast but it certainly was a PB for this course.
