Ride with andy around the kalamunda circuit.

Took a good stack on kamakazi and had some blood but got up and kept going. I think this may have been in sympathy for andy's stack earlier on.

Went via little hairy and scorpion to get to the dell. Andy had another little stack and pinned himself in his bike somehow. Took the new track up from the dell which linked back onto the munda biddi. Found a new track I had not been down before at the 4 way cross and took this down. Nice fast and fun track. This rejoined the new track at the no entry point for the climb again. Continued on the kal circuit all the way to the car. Andy was getting a bit tired by the end so we called it a day. Good thing the Kalamunda bakery makes some good food...was a good reward :)

What a brutal everyway opposite to the way I was going headwind. It was such a dry wind but did not seam to matter which direction i was going that I was fighting something. First ride in a while that I could not maintain over 30km/hr

Bridges run. Amanda and clare rode around the river while I ran. I got a 5 min head start and did not managed to beat them to the bell tower.
