Running race (Ultra) 18:53:38 [3] 100.0 mi (11:20 / mi)

Vermont 100 - went mostly ok! New PR by almost an hour, so I'm pleased...but I dropped a ton of time when my legs shut-down over the middle of the race. Considering I almost dropped out due to leg pain, I'm super pleased with the end result - and it's all my crew that got me to continue and finish strong!

Easy spin - jsut wanted to shake out the legs and keep things moving, even tho I'm in taper time officially. :) I jsut can't seem to sit still.

Easy run around S. Deerfield and onto the trails a bit. Have no idea the actual distance, but felt good and it was mostly roads so I'm guessing I was moving well. Glad to shake things out - tapering is so hard sometimes.
