Indoor (Race) 30:33 [3] 4.4 mi (6:57 / mi)
shoes: Asics Gel Frantic 4

Ran the Webster Turkey Trot. It was a very fun race. I started very far to the back and found it difficult to settle into a solid pace for the first mile because of the large crowd. I felt fine during the race, with no cramps. I finished with a time of 30:33, although it may be a little faster because I started far back and I believe the clock starts right when the gun goes off. The timing chip doesn't start until you cross the starting line so I was told. However, I am happy with my time.

Indoor 35:00 [3] 4.0 mi (8:45 / mi)
shoes: Asics Gel Frantic 4

Ran with Joe M, Justin M, Tyler, and Victor. Unfortunately, no one had their watch with them. Joe guessed we did around 4 miles, but no one really knows how long we were gone for. This is a very rough estimate for today. We may have run a longer distance, but I'm just going to log it as 4 miles. Going to run the Turkey Trot tomorrow!

Indoor 53:05 [3] 6.75 mi (7:52 / mi)
shoes: Asics Gel Frantic 4

Ran in a large group for the first twenty minutes. Then, the groups began to break apart and I continued running with Joe M, Justin M, Victor, and John W. We ran from Thomas to North Ponds Park, did about 3 laps around North Ponds, and then ran back to Thomas. Joe M said it was well over 6 miles, and he thought we were going around 7:30 pace. Then we did some stretching when we got back.
