Good run with Justin, Ethan, and Mike. I tried to work on form today because usually I strike too much with my heel and this causes my heels to hurt at the end of a long run. I stayed a bit farther up on my foot and it felt good. It felt like I was going quicker but putting in the same amount of effort. We then came back and did 8 strides.
