From now on I log every day! I just keep forgetting about it, but I'm back. Even though the season is almost over... It will help me stay focused when I start getting back into running shape before outdoor starts.
This workout's too weird to figure out. We did some hill work, then some free-skiing, then some more hill work.
XC Skiing race (Skate) 13:00 [5] 2.5 km (5:12 / km)
An insanely difficult race at Bristol. Part of the course was up one of the alpine hills! Not totally sure on the time or distance, although I think remember hearing 2.5 K at some point, so I'll put that.
