Hooked up the exercise mask on the altitude generator and peddled the bike in the ultimate high altitude man hut. Had the dial turned up to 11,142ft above ocean water. Felt good, just couldn't get my HR above 140. Next weekend Poker tournament in the tent while drinking beer at 12,000ft.

6.5 speed increasing the incline 1% every .25miles
