Met a new group at Lysterfield, did a 10km run with another 3 to then swing back and do another loop with the slower 8am group. Pace was quite quick given amount of training I had done to date but hung in there apart from the hills. Then sprinted back to the 8am group which we joined which turned out to be our cool down as just did an out and back with those guys so we could put in our do a short paddle. lovely day.
