Castlewood Trail run. Grotpeter loop, along the river, Cedar Bluff loop, and back. Mid to upper 30s? Shorts, long sleeve, short sleeve, and windbreaker. Headband/earwarmer (couldn't find my hat) and gloves. Felt fine.

Guessing on distance. My GPS logger in my jacket pocket didn't work so well. Overcast sky didn't help.

Wonderful run at Tyson Park on the Chubb Trail. Overcast and damp. Leaves all over the trail. Temp around 45. Couldn't have been a better day.

Ran from the lower parking lot out to the railroad tracks and back. The climb on the way out was a bit labored, but on the way back I felt strong. Finished hard on the descent.

Oatmeal and toast for breakfast that morning with 1 1/2 cups of coffee. On the drive down to the park I ate a Power Bar. Ran with a small flask of watered down Hammer gel which I took around 45min. Stomach was good all the way. Felt great all around after the run.
