orrienteering outing with m &ab muppet , all relitivly new to me so found it very interesting , held the boys up a fair bit (due to having stick embedded) couldnt run real well.

dropped kids at health glo for swimming , ran down through hospitial , back up brigport rd , down through park and out to emu river , returned back to health glo via brigport rd. felt quite good , had the tunes pumping

family outing in the snow at cradle , took in a few short walks , very cruisey , few snow ball fit (girls come off second best)

ridw to sisters beac via village lane , seabrook rd . coopers lane , wynyard foredhore and inglis river , table cape and return via inglis river track from bass hwy. tough climb out of sisters , legs struggled a little the last 5 km , magnificent day , used muppets new head cam only to find out i had lense wrong way on bike so everything side on its side

not real sure of distance , got off bike at sisters , had to hide bike in trees becuase shop keeper has no where i could store bike for a couple of hrs , run / walk along inland track , turn to aniversry point , in and back out to doone falls , back along beach and up head land to bike , legs heavy on hill sections , ran all slight up hills , flats and down hills , good work out , have some good shots along coast (had camera right way up on trek leg)

bit sluggish time wise, thought i would see how i went with a couple hrs sleep in the last 36 hrs (did a night shift at rosebery) wasnt to bad , threw in a couple of hills , great training for things to come
