35 minutes. Crazy stuff.. threw in a few minute efforts towards the end.

Swansea uni gym ain't got nothing on Edinburgh!!

General stuff plus they had a small trampoline so I could start my rehab stuff! The one I ordered should be in Edinburgh when I get back.

Stopped early, felt horrifically drained and faint. what even.

On Chloe's road bike. Could feel my shin, wasn't especially painful but definitely uncomfortable enough to make me turn round early. Slow slow slow slow progress...

Kim suggested I try some high intensity stuff on the cross trainer. So warmed up and did 10 x 1min on/1min off at high resistance. Worked pretty well I think.

Similar to yesterday but harder/longer/less rest. No lunges or squats. I will build it up. Don't want to be back to square one

DOMS coming out my ears this morning. Everywhere hurt just getting out of bed.
